You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, upload to file-sharing sites, or use any materials in a way that competes with or undermines the business. This includes blackhat forums, resale sites (e.g., WSO, Shopee, etc), or AI training datasets.

Violators will be pursued to the full extent of the law.


2. Prohibited Activities & IP Protection
All content provided by Elle Wong, through Stanza Media, including but not limited to:

• Coaching programs
• Video trainings
• Workbooks
• Templates
• Scripts
• Strategies
• Frameworks
• Written guides
• Recordings
• All other materials
…is the exclusive intellectual property of Stanza Media, operating under the brand name Elle Wong.

You are strictly prohibited from (unless given explicit, written permission):
• Sharing, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or publishing any of the materials, in part or whole
• Uploading materials to public or private platforms — including file-sharing sites, blackhat forums (e.g. BlackHatWorld), online marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Gumroad), or bulk resale sites (e.g. WSO)
• Modifying, translating, creating derivative works, or using the content in your own products, courses, or services
• Presenting any of our work as your own or as original work created by you
• Teaching or repackaging our systems, scripts, or strategies under your own business
• Sharing login credentials or access to private member areas or community portals with non-paying individuals
• Recording or distributing any group coaching sessions, trainings, or other live or pre-recorded content

Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of access to all services, materials, and communities without refund.

Stanza Media reserves the right to take legal action, including seeking damages and injunctive relief. We actively monitor for violations and will pursue remedies under U.S., Malaysian, and international IP laws.

3. Public Reviews, Testimonials & Defamation Policy
You may share honest, factual testimonials based on your own personal experience.
However, you agree not to post or publish any false, misleading, malicious, or defamatory statements in any public space — including (but not limited to):
• Social media platforms
• Blogs or forums
• Video channels (e.g. YouTube)
• Review platforms
• Websites

Constructive feedback should first be submitted privately to: support@ellewong.com. You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern before making public commentary.

Legal action may be taken if any public content is found to be:
• False or knowingly misleading
• Intentionally damaging to our brand, business, or reputation
• Disclosing confidential content such as:
• Coaching call recordings
• Private community conversations
• Member-specific feedback

Any breach of this policy may result in removal from programs and legal remedies, including cease-and-desist orders and claims under U.S. defamation and unfair competition laws.


4. License to Use
You are granted a non-transferable, limited license to access and use the content for personal and internal business use only. This license does not permit resale, republication, or redistribution.

10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes informally. If you have concerns, please contact us first. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Malaysia, under Malaysian law. By participating in our programs, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.


11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
